It’s not easy plugging away at your craft, day after day, eon after eon, and who doesn’t need a little help now and again?

Right now, we’re here to initiate a little metaphorical circle of support for all those out there in need of a boost!

And we do find inspiration from the thousands of artists, buyers and supporters from all over the world, loving creativity and art, and who are in it with us for the long haul. A post-Thanksgiving acknowledgment to all of you!

Read on now for some of our month’s greatest inspirations!

Boeing Veteran’s Stories is Live

As promised, here’s the aviation giant’s thought-provoking campaign, complete with Novation’s track, “Essence of Beauty”. Featuring Florent Groberg, U.S. Army Captain, Medal of Honor Recipient and Director of Veterans Outreach at Boeing, who after service, injury and tough rehabilitation, struggled for years to rediscover his sense of purpose. This is his story.

Mysticons Placement

Who doesn’t like a good dose of fairies, dwarves, unseen evils and laser beam eyes? Follow our 4 champions as they battle those who would undermine the stability of our good world, as Songtradr artist, Natalia Vivino provides a thrilling soundtrack with her song, “Keys”.

Faith, Hope, and Love Replacement

Staying true to this month’s theme, we’re inspired to share the rousing “Let’s Dance” by Hege and Peer Taraldsen which has found its way to the new indie film, “Faith, Hope and Love”. Thanks to the guys at music and sound studio, Melody Gun, for this one!

App Maker Placement

A whopping 100 tracks have been licensed to an App Maker/tech dev company scheduled for release in the new year. It’s really wonderful to see new technologies engaging with the Songtradr platform and accessing the incredible talent of our artists.

Indie Film Placements

Inspiration abounds as we follow filmmaker Katrelle Kindred whose film, War Paint, explores the inequitable treatment of African American women, which premieres at Sundance next month. Songtradr tracks include:  “Knockin” by Bad Azz, “I’m Gone” ft. Enois Scroggins by Louie Bagels, “Loved” by DecadeZ, “All Bad” by Mr Stay Crunk, “Choose Up” by Sky Benji X Bvm Swavy, “Sweet Between” by Tina Mazyck, “Teardrops” by William Bollinger and “One in a Million” by The Ovations.

Party Pour Vous?

Mais oui! One of our fave fashion brands has a new campaign for us to enjoy. Party Pour Tous sports glamor à la chique with Songtradr artist, Betty’s Moon’s song, “Sound”. Merci beaucoup, Ardene!

Featured Artist Placements

A change is as good as a holiday, as they say, and rather than respite, we’re talking revamp with this month’s featured artists. We’ve got another inspirational 8 for you this month who did such an amazing job at our recent LA showcase, we wanted to feature them here as well. Thanks to Alke, Austin Manuel (pictured), Edwin, Kole, Raye Zaragoza, Sunny War, Anna Carmela of Thrift and Van Riss.

November’s College Radio Selects

Here are this month’s hot 5 of talented artists who have been chosen for promotion across 300+ college radio stations around the country through our partnership with one of America’s leading college radio promotion companies. Well done, KARMS, The Fakes, Isadora Eden, Beth Whitney, and HOAX.

Some of the great companies we work with…

Victoria Wiltshire

Victoria began her professional music career as a recording artist with Australian group, 'Culture Shock' after signing to Sony Music in 1993, resulting in a top #20 national single. Following the success of Culture Shock, she expanded her performing career to musical theater, songwriting and production. In 2003 Victoria formed a songwriting/production partnership with music producer, now-husband, Paul Wiltshire. Over the last 15 years, the pair wrote &/or produced for The Backstreet Boys, Australian Idol, Engelbert Humperdinck, Guy Sebastian, Delta Goodrem and many more, with sales exceeding 15 million internationally. Following her writing/production success, Victoria became Creative Director for 360 degree music company, PLW Entertainment, overseeing artist & product development, image design and marketing. Now as VP of Creative at Songtradr, Victoria has a passion for developing things that spring forth from her imagination and will always leap for the best possible outcomes when working with product. She also likes zoning out to a good drama movie, dining out and belting out a song around the piano.
